A break from the normal photographer for this one. I went out for a couple of hours yesterday and returned to find that ‘the wife’ had half-inched my camera. Here’s one of her results:

OK, OK, last one of the cats for a while. Our girls don’t really like having things shoved in their faces, so this is quite a rare shot:

Another from the evening when Kitty and Kaboo were ‘guarding’ the house from the local tom. Their definition of guarding seems to differ from mine though. I don’t think running into the house and hissing at each other helps much…

(Technically, yes, this was posted on the 2nd of May, but I started writing on the 1st, so I fudged the date a little.  That’s nothing to do with wanting to maintain my ‘photo-a-day’ record at all, obviously…)

It’s been a while since our girls, Kitty & Kaboo, have made an appearance on the site. Recently they’ve been having a bit of a running battle with a local ginger tom, who seems to think our house is his. More importantly, he also seems to think that the girls’ food is his, something they are none too happy about.

They had a little run-in yesterday which resulted in our girls running for the safety of the house. They regained their confidence pretty soon though, and set about guarding their house in a particularly cute way…
