You may remember a rant or two about last season’s FA Cup Semi-Final (Man Utd vs Arsenal at Villa Park). Diabolical organisation, no parking, no delayed kickoff despite a half empty ground… More detail from me here and Kary here.
Well, common sense seems to be having its day, as this year Semis and the Final will all be played at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, scene of last year’s much (much) more enjoyable Charity Community Shield.
(And note that Man Utd won both of these games, so my hindsight isn’t tainted)
The only downside is that it means an extra couple of sets of fans will descend on the good people of Cardiff brandishing air horns and showing off their bad Tom Jones impressions… never mind, eh?

Grrr. My blood boils at the memory of it. It isn’t as if you have to worry this year though. But then again, with mid table obscurity already, you had probably better hope for a good cup run
Hi Mate, long time no speak – my bad
I have lost all details (your phone, emails, my blog entries address and the stats pages etc) which happened over the summer when I reinstalled my PCs in the light of having no internet access……
All in all, I could have given that a little more thought…
It’d be great to hear from you, loads of news to tell.
Lurve to all, Mike x
