Hello again everybody. My webserver, Greebo, is back after a complete reinstall. I thought it was best to give myself a little bit of protection against harddisks popping, so Greebo now has a small RAID 1 array – 2 x 60Gb drives for all my data and stuff.
In other news, my week off is drawing to a close, and I feel suitably destressed and ready for battle to recommence next week
It’s been a very very nice week off – big thankyous to everyone who made it so.

Oops – been a bit lazy round here recently. Well, hip hip hooray, Veri$ign have stopped their wildcarding after being politely asked to by ICANN. Woohoo! \o/ Ask, and make the case before altering a fundamental part of the Internet, next time…
Gaspode is about to undergo a processor-ectomy for the princely performance boost of 5% (Athlon XP 2100+ to Athlon XP 2200+ ooh). He’s been overheating recently, so I thought better safe than sorry and am replacing the whole kit and kaboodle. Hopefully he’ll sound less like a diesel once I’m done.
And… erm… I am dragging windows about and drawing likes between them at work. “Long time no see, Datawarehousing tool”
