Car done. £141 for service and ‘emission tune-up for economy and performance’… yeah, beeeard. And wipers that work again – bliss… CD, books and a new watch purchased whilst the Peugeot guys did their stuff. Horror – cddb.com thinks the CD is ‘bluegrass’. Argh.

Very empty office. No management. Me coding with jazz and/or country music in the background (iPods are great, btw) – superb Tomorrow booked off to take the car to the garage so they can suck their teeth about my wipers… Had lunch too early, so the afternoon is sure to drag…

Humbug indeed… managed to make windscreen wipers on my car stop working this morning whilst trying to clear the snow… doh… So a day off tomorrow to take it into the dealer. £££s, no doubt.

No really. Who’s idea was that? I’ve got to drive through that in the morning… bah humbug.

…and after a slight hiccup of a keyboardless, monitorless, mouseless Greebo not liking the fact that I hadn’t told it I had taken its mouse away (it didn’t care about the lack of keyboard, apparently…), all is well. And everything came back up as it should do, which is always nice…
