Ho hum… back to work tomorrow (or today, technically), but then off again till next Thursday! I’ve ordered my Christmas present to myself. Pics as soon as it gets here, promise. I have done a bit of rearranging in the gallery, and added a few quotes to the list – mainly from this site which has a collection of quotes from my old uni lecturers. Nostalgia ain’t what it used to be… Oh, and I’m working on a new section for the site… stay tuned.

I am wearing Christmas socks and a Christmas jumper. I am drinking tea from a Christmas mug, after a breakfast of Christmas chocolates. Christmas buddies adorn my monitor. Christmas keyring makes light work of many cutting tasks. Christmas robo-cat thing sleeps on my mantlepiece, and Christmas ninja hamster is mercifully quiet on my shelf. Christmas DVDs wait for a spare 10 hours… THANKYOU ONE AND ALL!

One of my favourite Calvin and Hobbes strips has just made its way onto the website. Ta-daa!! (Any comparisons you may draw between Calvin and a certain company’s management style are entirely your own thoughts… I didn’t say a thing) A day where I’ve been busy all day but not actually done much. Hmmm…

Well, surprise surprise, we lost. Even my ninja-like goalkeeping skills couldn’t help. “What was the score?!” I hear you cry… ok ok, it was 10-1. Happy now? Hurumph.

Football vs the headoffice guys tonight. Any bets on how much we lose by? Hmmmm…. I think I’d actually rather be in bed, to be honest. It’s cold, and 2 hours travelling each way. Joy.

I am matt@headoffice tomorrow, so largely incommunicado. Phone will be on, but the head office building acts a bit like a Faraday cage. (It doesn’t allow anything bright and energetic in? Oh I kill me… ) In other news, I am not an alcoholic. I am, however, a bad person. So sue me.

Sunday night and all is well. All but three Christmas presents are bought now, although I may be adding to a few after some sightings this weekend. I have a whole new cartridge of ink and some photo paper. Hmm, choices choices…
